Take the escalator UPSTAIRS for theater and arcades. Penn Valley Park is an urban park overlooking Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The 176-acre (0.71 km2) park was developed in 1904 on land through which the Santa Fe Trail had passed. The staff is very friendly. They don't seem to care what goes on in the theater areas and seldom come into the theaters. You enter, place your dollar bills in the machine, and select the movie of your choice. A listing of the movies is displayed when you enter the arcade. Plenty of room inside each booth. When cruising look for one of the dark booths indicating in use and stand a bit inside the entrance of the booth. Caution sometimes the screens will not display video output. There is a $10 charge to enter the theater.
Guys park in the circle spot. This where cruising happens. They drive real slow next to your car and stare. You have to give a signal if interested, otherwise they drive off or cruise another guy. In the later evenings, some will take off for the wooded area down the hill from the circle parking.
The public restroom at The Grove, where Subway is less traffic for better play. Just enter the doors under the Grove sign and walk back to the right and then down the hallway to the restrooms.
