Usually empty. A good place to meet to cruise, good for carplay, and lots of woods for play. Not everyone is here to cruise, some people fish at the pond or go jogging through the trail. Make eye contact, smile, adjust yourself, etc to let others know youre looking. Tap brakes in the parking lot if youre there to let others know youre looking.
