The Fox River Trail runs from downtown Green Bay to Greenleaf. Its blacktop paved and can be pretty busy during the day with joggers and cyclists. At night only some portions are well-lit. Locally the best locations are at the trailhead near the Porlier and South Adams street intersection. At St. Francis Park (along the trail). Fox Point boat launch. And Voyageur Park in De Pere. St Francis Park, Fox Point boat launch and Voyageur Park have restrooms. St Francis is the most private of restrooms. St James park located a little bit off the trail has a nice bathroom with private stall. Could easily have sex if lock the bathroom door.

This is a great public park loaded with police trail cams. It is heavily monitored, and the outdoor trails are patrolled. All the brush and trees are gone and there is no longer any coverage. A convenient to hook up and then relocate for action. Typically, the best time is from afternoon to nightfall. But extended loitering draws the Cops. Prearrange a meeting. Facilities: Outdoor parking lot.

Highway 141

Two trails at this place. The wooden plank-way, the wharf, follows close to the river's edge with fishing decks and tree and shrub coverage. It dead ends. The second blacktop trail is much newer and crosses over Duck Creek to the north along 41. It is more open but on the north side of the creek there are plenty of places to play under the highway. Unlike most parks, these trails are open 24 hours and are posted as such.
