There are comfy chairs, a safe environment, and plenty of room to play. As of 1/1/20, it is now $12 for the theater, but you get in/out privileges for the entire day, up to 16 hours. $20 will get you theater and $15 in arcade tickets. The staff is very friendly. Video booths cost a buck, but are still cheap. There are 4 pairs of booths that have giant glory holes. There are no doors on the booths, though. People peek from the hall outside the booths, and from the holes as well. The theaters are well-heated. Update 11/3/23. They have replaced all the chairs with nice padded benches great for sucking and lots. of play space.
If you like public fun, this is pretty good. Most of the stalls have dividers that go to the floor, so it's more private, yet public. Main washrooms at the food court are great. Bottom level near Scheels is also good. There is also a restroom on the second floor.
Arcade and Preview areas are closed. It is not known if this is a permanent or temporary situation. ID scan is required to browse, but there is no fee.
Wooded area, lots of trails. West side is more cruisy. Follow the trail (equestrian) about 10-15 minute walk (if that). More private in that area. Just be aware that a lot of people fish at the lake, so be careful where you are cruising. I've been able to park at the very end of the dirt road and walk down to some nice cruisy spots. This is a newer cruising area, so takes a bit to check it out and see what works and doesn't work down there.
Near the front entrance, there is a cruisy bathroom. You can start at the urinals and take things to the family bathroom. Stalls are good for understaff action. You can hear the door opening, so there is time to recover.
Drive on Illinois st just across or north of University ave. Turn right at first intersection, and park along Vermont right by the wooded clearing. Near an electrical substation. Then hike towards the river, over a rise. There is a small stretch of woods that extends up to University bridge. Some action in the woods at night, and phone numbers etc left under bridge quite often. Be discreet, IE no action out in the open, do it in the woods or meet up there to go elsewhere. And please, please, please do not litter. That is what causes the city to crack down quite often.
They just remodeled this place and the staff are very friendly and don't bug you. They've got a number of different sized booths, one of which can 'seat' up to 6 people. You have to buy a $6 video card to enter the arcade. Update 10/20/20 - no doors on the booths & the bathrooms are "out of service" I was told by the lady working today. Staff is NOT friendly and regularly patrols the arcade shining a spot light in people's eyes.
An adult shop with a video arcade. You have to buy a $15 video card to enter the arcade. They have now added a theatre too, so you can use that to have fun. The theatre has one screen and bench seats on the other three walls.
The men's restroom has a steam room and plenty of guys of various ages. Showers are next to the steam room and can be fun voyeur or have enough room to play as well.
