Go into the park and find Mile Marker 8, go into the trail area and stay left. Find a spot down by the lake and get naked. Keep your shorts or a towel handy (not everyone goes bare ass) Enjoy the water and get hard, someone will pop up.

Plenty of other places along the main 2 roads with side trails and overlooks to get nude and or have fun(sex) if you cruise around and keep your eyes open. Toll both on W. Lake Mead has been closed for over 4 years so no entrance fee collected.
