It is a typical men's room with urinals with dividers and steel walled stalls. If you play it smart you can share a stall. Foot tapping in the stalls is the way to go for hookup, though urinal posing will get you some attention. Not everyone is here to play, obviously, so pay attention to signals.

There is a little pull off here, it's an old fire road trail that goes to the lake and circles back to the road. Trail can be cruisy. Plenty of places off the trail to go.

The far stall on the 4th floor gives privacy, rarely used at night or in the morning, for extra precaution you can use a bag on the floor as that along with the loud door will be enough to get up. Cruising art in the far stall can get you turned on if need be. (Since been removed, but far stall still best spot to go.) Lastly, some arrows indicate that if the two of you go down, you won’t be immediately seen, giving more time. The Urinal says “show hard on for bj” but ignore it and go to stall, as they are right by the door.
